Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Options

Available shipping methods will appear at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders over $120 (before taxes) qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the U.S.
Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2–3 business days
UPS Next Day Air: Available Monday–Thursday

Orders placed before 10 AM CST (Mon–Thurs) may ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10 AM CST ship the next business day.

Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

During high-volume periods or major launches, fulfillment may extend to 10–15 business days.

Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time begins once your package leaves our facility.

Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPO

We ship to these locations via UPS or USPS.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Approximately 15–20 business days

  • APO/FPO: Approximately 30–45 business days

Tracking updates may pause if carriers transfer the shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping options appear at checkout.

  • Delivery times do not include fulfillment time.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

  • Customs fees are determined by your country and are not controlled by Lord’s Home.

If customs fees are refused and a package is returned, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not ship to forwarding addresses. Orders using forwarding services may be cancelled.

Lost or Marked Delivered Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your property and mailbox.

  2. Check with neighbors or building management.

  3. Allow 3–5 additional business days for carrier delays.

If your package is still missing, contact hello@lordshome.co within 15 days of delivery.

Lord’s Home is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered.

Tracking Information

Your tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • UPS tracking numbers typically begin with “1Z”

  • USPS tracking numbers typically begin with “9”

If your shipment transfers carriers internationally, an updated tracking number may appear on the carrier’s tracking page.
